Recover Money for Damages Caused by the City

Small Claims  -  Chicago residents have the opportunity to recover money for damages to your property caused by the City.  In order to receive these small claims, residents are encouraged to complete an application and submit it to the Office of the Chicago City Clerk, City Council Division, at 121 North LaSalle Street, Room 107 LL, Chicago IL 60602-1295.  For more information, visit www.committeeonfinance.org/claims/index.asp
